NCR is an integrated point of contact working in collaboration with other human service agencies to identify the needs in the community and effectively respond to anyone seeking assistance. Our goal is to coordinate supportive services for individuals and families seeking information & referrals for healthcare, FREE prescription card and other human service needs. We provide confidential assistance for men, women, youth, seniors and families regardless of religion, race or age. Services are accessible ready for people who are deaf, hard of hearing, visually impaired and/or those with physical or intellectual disabilities. We assist over 7,000 people each year and the next person could be you. We speak English, Spanish & Creole.

Mission Statement:
Our mission is to help the elderly, disabled and/or low income individuals utilize all the resources available to them. We strive to raise the standard of community awareness to ensure that everyone has an opportunity to live their best life.
